Essential cookies

Always on. These are required to keep the app working — for example, to keep you signed in and to remember your cookie preference.

• Supabase auth cookies (sb-*): keep you signed in.
• Role indicator cookies (x-is-super-admin, x-is-coach, x-is-org-admin): drive header UI; the server re-verifies on every request.
• Cookie consent (ail_cookie_consent): remembers your choice on this banner.
• Organisation name cookie (x-org-name): displays your org's name in the header when applicable.

Operational (legitimate interest)

Used to keep the service running, secure, and high-quality. We rely on these under GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest); they're not personalised, not used for advertising, and they don't follow you off the site. You may object to processing under Art. 21 — contact privacy@ail.academy.

• Sentry: error reports and performance traces so we can spot and fix bugs.
• Langfuse: traces of AI requests (model + prompt + latency) so we can keep AI quality high.
• Activity heartbeat: a small 'I'm still here' ping every 30 seconds while you're using the app, to estimate engagement.

Manage your preferences

You can change your choice at any time using the 'Cookie preferences' link in the footer. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies from this site directly in their settings.
